These Terms govern your use of our website, AI-generated biography services, and any personalized content generated through our platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Privacy Notice governs how we collect and use your personal information. Please review it carefully as it is part of your agreement with us.
We may modify these Terms or our Services at any time. If we do, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the changes.

iBard.ai offers both subscription plans and pay-per-use options. By making a purchase, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for the selected plan or service. All sales are final, except as required by law.
You may submit content (such as personal details for biographies) through the Services (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to generate personalized content (“Generated Content”). You may use Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Services and platform. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or sell any part of the Services, except as allowed for Generated Content.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at writers@ibard.ai.
We provide the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, with the exception of claims that may be taken to small claims court.
